Worrying- to torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts; fret.
Worrying comes from over thinking. When we over think, we make up things that we want to happen. Then we start "tweaking"(I'll explain this in a future post). Tweaking is not good for anyone at all. Our minds can be the reason why some situations and circumstances get ruined.
We tend to worry about things we have no control over. Let it all go: bad relationships, overdue bills, who likes you, etc. These are minors things. If what you're so worried about is causing you to miss out on life, then you need to drop it.
A person once said to me,"If it's meant for you, no one, and I mean no one can stand in your way." After they told me that I thought about all the things that I couldn't change, and told myself let it go. Once I did that, everything has been so much better. Yes, I still worry but I don't let it consume my heart and mind anymore.
